The company evolved from Online Interpreters Worldwide, co-founded by Robert Sababady (business and technology background) and his wife Agnieszka Sababady (conference interpreter) in response to the rise of remote simultaneous interpreting in the hybrid space.

OIWW supports corporate clients, event agencies, and PR firms with interpreting in more than 40 languages, portable tour-guide systems (infoports), technical coordination, and full event support for board meetings, AGMs, conferences, and site visits.

About Us

Our Story

OIWW was born from a simple but powerful idea: language should never be a barrier to understanding, especially when people gather - whether online or onsite in a conference room, on a factory floor, or across screens around the world.

The journey began in 2020. When the pandemic suddenly forced events online, Robert Sababady (a businessman with an engineering and management background) and Agnieszka Sababady (a professional conference interpreter) saw both the confusion and the opportunity. Inspired by his wife and driven by a shared desire to make remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI) accessible and reliable, they founded Online Interpreters Worldwide. Their goal was clear - to simplify remote interpreting for both clients and interpreters, combining skilled linguists, the right technology, and careful planning.

That experience evolved into OIWW Sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company based in Warsaw. Today OIWW delivers comprehensive live interpreting and event technology solutions for corporate clients, event agencies, PR agencies, and translation companies.

We work across more than 40 languages and support everything from confidential board and shareholder meetings to large hybrid conferences and mobile interpreting on the move.

Through infoporty.pl we also offer specialized rental and advisory services focused on portable interpreting systems - helping organizers choose the right solution when mobility, limited space, or noisy environments are a factor.

How we work?

We start by listening. Every event has its own constraints - budget, venue, number of languages, security requirements, and participant experience. Our approach is practical and transparent: we recommend only what genuinely fits the situation, whether that is a classic booth, a portable system, a fully remote setup, or a carefully designed hybrid model.

We believe the best results come from the combination of three elements:

Looking Ahead

OIWW continues to focus on what matters most: making multilingual communication clear, comfortable, and effective - whether people are sitting in the same room or joining from different continents.

We are currently moving towards working with realistic looking Avatars for training videos for corporate clients. These Avatars once trained can provide consistant messaging with easy to implement updates / changes in multiple languages. Good for training. Not so good for C-suite messaging where trust is more important than the message.
