We provide complete technical support that unifies onsite and online participants and speakers (or multiple locations) into one cohesive meeting with live simultaneous interpretation.
Our technical support includes:
- Planning the technical architecture (platform, language channels, audio and video routing)
- Selecting and configuring solutions: Zoom / MS Teams / Webex / dedicated streaming + infoport systems or interpreter booths
- On-site visit and infrastructure check (network, sound system, positions for interpreters / receivers)
- Preparing the Show Flow that accounts for switching between locations, remote speakers and interpretation
- Designing the view of online participants for the room and the view of the room for remote attendees
- Integrating audio so that interpreters (working onsite or remotely) receive a clean source signal and participants in all locations hear the selected languages without delays or interference
- Setup and full technical rehearsal involving interpreters, speakers and location leads
- Live event delivery with continuous technical support (language channel monitoring, backups, interaction management)
- Delivery of post-event materials: recordings with separate language tracks, reports, transcripts

Infoports or tour guide systems are small, light, portable devices comprising of receivers and transmitters. The enable aymultneous interpretation of individual speakers to groups comprising of one to several hundred people.
This tour guide system is ideal for:

All equipent is cleaned, disinfected and packed in individual bags after use. Available with next day delivery in Warsaw and surrounding locations. We provide interpreters that specialise in business topics and have experience interpreting with infoports.
