Police Dog Handler Training | Simultaneous Interpreting
Police and border-guard dog handlers were trained on a large open field the size of a football pitch. The trainer spoke no English while the handlers worked in English, and everyone was constantly moving with the dogs.We used Okayo WaveTalk portable tour-guide systems for simultaneous interpreting. Because the system is digital radio, the interpretation remained clear across the entire field without any need for direct line of sight.

Operational Audit in a Pharmaceutical Production Facility
Pharmaceutical companies regularly run official audits and practice (pre-audit) trials. One auditor works on the production floor while specialists from different countries join online and need to see and hear everything in real time - including the person wearing the Microsoft HoloLens carrying out live demonstrations on the factory floor. We provided simultaneous interpretation both on site and directly into Microsoft Teams for remote participants. Three language pairs were covered under the pure-booths principle for maximum accuracy on sensitive compliance topics.

Hybrid - online + two sites:

A large organisation needed to run a single company-wide Town Hall across two physical locations and online, with speakers using three languages and live Q&A.
We deployed two on-site technical teams + a central REMI studio, ran a controlled large Zoom meeting, and provided six online pure-booth interpreters for maximum accuracy and minimal delay.
